The Future of Local Work: Small Businesses Win by Putting People First

Community over corporations: Small businesses compete for top talent by putting people first

For small employers, the current economy presents numerous challenges — but also numerous opportunities — suggests new Homebase research, which shows workers at small companies feel more valued than those at large companies. Read the full report below or download it as a pdf.

We have survived numerous supply chain disruptions and shortages in the last few years. Still, there’s probably at least one asset whose short supply continues to keep business owners up at night: labor. Data Lake Strategy Options: From Self-Service to Full-Service

Data continues to grow in importance for customer insights, projecting trends, and training artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) algorithms. In a quest to fully encompass all data sources, data researchers maximize the scale and scope of data available by dumping all corporate data into one location.

Unlocking the power of natural language search PRAMANA SHIFT

/ Unlocking the power of natural language search

One of the big challenges today with data is that we just have too much of it.  While we may be able to access that data, it can be hard to easily find the data that is relevant.  Domo helps solve part of this problem by bringing data at scale into a single platform. However, sometimes we need to make data even more easily accessible to a basic user.  This is where natural language search can help and Domo has partnered with Pramana Labs to embed their SHIFT natural language technology into Domo.

The SHIFT technology lets me wire up multiple datasets into a single interface and start building search experiences for types of information that might be useful. It’s fully customizable and not a “black box” – allowing individual business logic at your control. For this example, I went to a
